Frequently Asked Questions

The session is done in 6 steps…

  1. Communication. We communicate by phone, email or whatsapp to meet your needs.
  2. Visit. We make a first visit to the property to know spaces and the ideal time of day to obtain the best photographs.
  3. Schedule. We coordinate with you the best date to ensure that the property is in optimal conditions.
  4. Session. The photo session takes place.
  5. Edition. Photo editing is done.
  6. Delivery. The photos are delivered in jpg files by mail within 7 business days from the photo session.

50% of the total cost is required before the first visit and the other 50% after the session and before the delivery of the photos. Payment can be made in cash, transfer or credit card.

The delivery format is jpg via email.

No. We only deliver photos by email.

Yes, we do sessions on location throughout Mexican and outside the country.

No, we do not deliver raw photos or negatives.
