Terms & Conditions

Property has to be clean and ready to shoot.
Photo shoot will be rescheduled in case of bad weather because I work with natural light.
The exact timing for the photoshoot will be arranged with the photographer depending on the light of the property.
Payment must be finalized before the delivery of the pictures.
The price for removing objects, dirt or whatever you need is $250 mxn per picture.
Pictures are delivered by We transfer or pen drive in the next 7 working days.
Urgent delivery has an extra cost of $850 MXN in the next 30 hours.

How is the session carried out?

The session is done in 6 steps…

Communication. We communicate by phone, email or whatsapp to meet your needs.
Visit. We make a first visit to the property to know spaces and the ideal time of day to obtain the best photographs.
Schedule. We coordinate with you the best date to ensure that the property is in optimal conditions.
Session. The photo session takes place.
Edition. Photo editing is done.
Delivery. The photos are delivered in jpg files by mail within 7 business days from the photo session.

What is the payment process?

50% of the total cost is required before the first visit and the other 50% after the session and before the delivery of the photos. Payment can be made in cash, transfer or credit card.

In what format are pictures delivered?

The delivery format is jpg via email.

When is the final product delivered?

In 7 business days after the photo session.

Can my photos be delivered via whatsapp?

No. We only deliver photos by email.

Are you available for photo sessions outside of Quintana Roo?

Yes, we do sessions on location throughout Mexican and outside the country.

Do you deliver photos in raw format?

No, we do not deliver raw photos or negatives.
